Can I restore a deleted contact photo that is not in My Pictures?

I deleted a contact photo by mistake and need to restore it, but can not
located it in My Pictures. Is there a way to find the deleted picture and
restore it?

Unless you have it in a file somewhere or have a backup of your contacts, no.
