Can I reverse a picture on Power Point?

I want to heave a certain picture facing the opposite direction. How can I
flip the image?

Select it and then from the draw menu rotate/Flip > flip horizontal

Does that work?

What others have said. Take note though, this may not work with PowerPoint
2000 or below. In this case, you will need to use a graphic editing program
(Microsoft Paint has the flip function).
