Can I set up Outlook to NOT have a default email account?

Is it possible to set up Outlook so that each time an email is being sent you
would have to manually choose which account is sending the message? I find
that too often someone forgets to change from the default account and then
accidentally sends the email under the default rather than the correct
account. That could be avoided if somehow rather than the email automatically
being sent on the default account you received a prompt to have to choose
which account would be the sender.
