Once Office has been activated on a PC can it be deactivated and used on
another PC?

If your copy of Office 2003 came preinstalled on the computer by
the computer manufacturer, then the End User License Agreement
does not allow you to transfer the software to any other
computer. If you purchased a retail-box copy of Office 2003,
then it shouldn't be a problem to move the software to another
computer, but you may need to use the telephone activation method
to activate the software if you have recently activated it using
the online method.
