Can I use hotmail as my default email address?

I have two Hotmail accounts. I am using one of them as my default email in
Outlook, but it's still showing both of them in additional folders instead of
putting the default email under "Inbox" under personal folders. Can I move
it there somehow? I want it there so new messages show up under "Inbox" in
Outlook Today.

I don't think you can because hotmail is IMAP based and the messages are
never stored locally on your computer so there is not a way to have the messages
/ calendars appear in Outlook Today.
