can I use multiple data files?

I use outlook 2002 to collect email from 2 accounts. One at
my ISP and one from my domain name registration company. Both
arrive in my 'Outlook today "inbox" data file.
But....I want to get my domain name emails collected into
my 2nd Data file (work)inbox and my personal ones into my
Outlook today inbox.
How can I do this?
