Can I use shortcut keys to maneuver around the Outlook Bar?

I can't find anything anywhere that tells me whether I can use any
shortcut keys to maneuver around the Outlook Bar... Any help whatsoever
would be great!

Did you try any keys, like the arrows, tab etc? (tab should move better the
outlook bar, the message list and the preview pane)
