Can not check in enterprise projects

Andreas

Hi, all!
We've got several projects published on MOSS 2007 PWA and some of them
need to be deleted. In order to do this, the project must be checked in to
close all connection. But unfortunately, the process of checkening projects
in lasts endlessly. First we have something like "Waiting to be processed"
and this status lasts endlessly resulting the projects to be in "consistent"
check out state.

Could you please give me an advice how can we overcome this problem.

Sincerely yours, Andreas.

Hi Andreas,

As you are using Project Server, I suggest reposting your question to
the project server newsgroup (Microsoft.public.project.server).
Although the server gurus do visit all the newsgroups, their focus and
attention is to the server newsgroup first.

I hope this helps.

Hello Andreas,

Try to manually delete all the files in all the Cache folders like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Application Data\Microsoft\MS
Project\Cache\{11FFAB951-BBEF-4E8C...}
Then force the Check In in PWA : Server Settings / Force Check-in Enterprise
Objects

Tell us if that works for you!
