Can not copy a worksheet

We have a workbook with many worksheets. When we use
the "Edit|Move or Copy Sheet...|Create a copy" feature,
one particular worksheet will not copy. Other worksheets
in the workbook will copy.

Any suggestions as to why this is happening?
