Can not forward or reply; only send HELP!!

I am trying very hard to solve this problem for a user on
the exchange server for the company I work for. I am a
novice so any help that you give would be great!!!

A user can not forward or reply to a message, each time
he tries, the window disappears. He is able to send a
new message but that is it. I am not sure if is
something that can be fixed remotely since he works in
the field. If you have any suggestions, please let me
know ASAP!!!!
