Can not read the guides

Sorry if this seems a FAQ but I'm trying to click on the Installation guide
on the MS Office project Server 2003 setup screen and it displays the right
payne as 'Action canceled'.
I'm using an XP SP2 PC to try and view the guide

Try posting on the server newsgroup. Please see FAQ Item: 24. Project
Newsgroups. FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information
