Can not receive email : "Not enough memory"

Hello,

I have reinstalled Windows and Outlook Express on my computer.

But now, I can send email, but I can not open the emails I recieve:
there is an error message saying "Not enough memory".

I have however no other applications opened.

Can someone help me ?
