can not receiving/send out message

Hi,

When I send message in MS Outlook, the outgoing message is stuck in the
Outbox, if I click Send/Receive, the Outlook will freeze. I can not receive
email either. No error pops up. Just freeze for ever. But If I use Outlook
Express, there is no problem for sending and receiving. No error message
found in Event viewer.

Please help. Thanks in advance!
