Can not save record in Shared BCM

I have a shared BCM Office 2003 database in an office with 4 users and a W2k3
server. The database is on an Office desktop. The other 3 users are on
notebooks. Everyone can see records but one (only one) of the users cannot
save new records. I can not figure out what is going on on that lone notebook.

Also, they use their server like a workstation to run some server based
apps. BCM is also installed there under the admin (which is what they use at
the server) account. The server admin account also access the shared BCM.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
