Can not send email from my ISP

I am using Outlook 2003 on two laptops. From one I can send and receive
perfectly, from the other I can not send emails! I have checked the smtp
setting and seem identical. Both set ups seem the same to me but i must be
missing something. Any ideas. Please email me on :

Ask here, get an answer here.

Perhaps you're not properly authenticating to your outbound server on the
account that doesn't work.

Do you have a firewall? That was the cause of my recent problems, it was
not properly configured following reinstallation of Outlook
