Can not view clip arts!!! - HELP!!!

Hi,

please help me: when i add a clip art to a word file, it is not displayed on
the document, there is a frame but it is blank. only when i right-click on
the frame and choose "edit clip art" the clip art is displayed.
any suggestions, please!?
