Can PWA Status Reports be merged by Section, Submitter and Date Ra

Ist there a way to create a report that compiles all of the entries for a
particular section of a PWA Status Report. I would like to be able to specify
a Submitter and a date range for the report.
Any help with the reporting capabilities for PWA Status Reports is
appreciated.
