Can receive or send email

I have been using 2003 for about 5 weeks - no problem. No I hit the send/receive button (or from menus) - nothing happens. I go into the email account set-up and use the "test Settings" button and everything works. I then used the "Detect and Repair" function - nothing. Anyone have any ideas? Is there a certain file I should be looking at? Any help would be appreciated.

Reset up your email account settings and delete the old one. I am not quite sure why this happens, but I have seen it too. It is annoying and guessing a bug in Outlook 2003. Hope this helps
