Can Slide transitions be linked to custom animations?

We are trying to have a slide transition run immediately after a custom
animation plays. So far we have only hade the option to transition on a mouse
click or after a set time.

Under advance slide, uncheck On mouse click and put a checkmark to
automatically after. Leave the timing as 00:00. When you do this, the slide
will move on (with the transition that you have applied) after all the custom
animations have been animated.
