CAn word form pipe out to SQL DB?

I would like to create a form that when completed and
saved on sharepoint, it will populate DB on SQL. Anyone
have solution or a pointer for this?

It's easy enough to write a macro to do it if you know some VBA coding and
you know how to write SQL statements. But there's no built-in automation for
the purpose.
