Can you display the entire Notes content?

I'm trying to add a Notes column to the project so that all the contents
displays next to the associated task. Project seems to only want to display a
portion of the note. I discovered that hard returns cause a problem, but
still only about four lines will appear. My manager wants me to convert the
large project into Excel or Word because he wants everything in one view.
THAT WOULD BE A NIGHTMARE TO MAINTAIN! Any suggestions?!??!

RKlein,
When displayed as a column in a view the Notes field will only display
up to 255 characters or to the first line feed, whichever comes first.

You can display the entire notes in hard copy form by checking the print
notes option under File/Page Setup/View tab, but other than that, you
will need to export the notes data to another application (e.g. Excel).

I have a macro that exports a few basic columns and the entire Notes
field to Excel. For some reason, that macro is very popular this last
week. If you are interested, you can contact me at the address below.

However, you might want to explain to your manager that he will NOT be
able to see all of the Project data in a single view regardless of what
application is used. Project has three parts to its data - Tasks,
Resources and Assignments. Trying to get all the information into a
single view would be horrendous.
