can you merge my contacts and another user's?

I would like to merge my contacts in outlook with my a co-worker's contacts
from thier outlook to create a master list of contacts. Does anyone know how
to do this?

Do you have access to your co-worker's mailbox?

Yes, I have access to their mailbox.

Yes, I have access to their mailbox.

Then open the contacts folder you want to use as the source, select all the
items in it with CTRL-A, then click Edit>Copy to Folder and specify the
other contacts folder as the destination.
