Can you sync Outlook contacts with Business Contacts?

Is there any way to synchronize your Outlook contacts with your contacts in
Business Contact Manager?

Or do you have to maintain two sets of contact details, one in Outlook and
one in BCM? Or are you expected to port all of your contacts over to BCM and
just maintain them there?

Finally, what are the consequences of porting them over, if you choose that
route? For example, how easy is it for PDA sync programs to realize you now
want to sync your PDA with the BCM database and not with the Outlook contact
folder?
