Cannot acccess SEND THIS PAGE AS MESSAGE menu option

Want to send a publisher page as an email message and cannot access the
option under the file menu. I see the toolbar option but it won't allow me to
select it either. What is prohibiting this feature from being active?

I see the problem now -- I have Outlook 2000. Darn it! I need 2003. I guess I
need to work on an upgrade. Thanks.
