Cannot access resources in PWA

Hi have an individual who is part of the Resource Manager, Project Manager,
and Team Member groups in PS 2003. When she goes into PWA to see her
resources, she receives the following error "an error ocurred while trying to
access the resources stored on the database. Either there are too many
resources or the Project Server may not have the correct DSN configuration.
Contact the server administrator". She is the only one who cannot see the
resource list and should have access to see all resources and projects by
being in the above groups. When I go to the filter button on the Resource
page in PWA, everything is greyed out and the autofilter is checked off and
cannot be unchecked. There is also a custom view in the drop down box showing
that she should not be able to see.

the server experts hang out.
