Cannot Activate

Please Help!

I want to activate my Trial of Office 2003. But when I
try to activate it says that it cannot find my Internet
Connection and to try again. I have a Broadband
Connection so I dont see why I can't activate.

Knowledge Base says to use the Phone Activation feature
but sadly this is unavailable.
