Hi,
I have a user that cannot archive in outlook 2000.
Sometimes her outlook doesn't respond and I have to close
it down through the task manager. I have
uninstalled/reinstalled outlook separately and that didn't
fix the issue. I also uninstalled/reinstalled office
completely. The issue still remained. We're trying to
archive because she's over the limit for her mailbox on
our exchange server (exhange 5.5). Any suggestions on
what I could try. Thanks...
