I am having trouble with consistantly being able to send emails out. I receive emails without any problem but when I send, I can send to the same address twice but only one will go through. I've tried troubleshooting with my ISP but they say that the problem is with Outlook 2003. I've gone through all of the trouble shooting suggested in help and checked outgoing smtp to insure that it is set up correctly. When I first installed Office 2003, Outlooked worked fine but this probllem seems to have come up in the last couple of months. I have imported files from Outlook 2000 to save my messages etc... Any suggestions on where to go from here???
