Cannot fine the "File" toolbar button

I went on to the tools menu and clicked on the customize feature and I
dragged the "File" button on the toolbar into the customize folder. Now I
lost the "File" button and cannot retrieve it. I reinstalled Office 2003 and
it did not help.

Right-click any toolar. Click Customize. Right-click the standard toolbar.
select Reset.

Well, if you dragged File off the menu, then it's not surprising it's not
there any more! Open Tools | Customize again. On the Commands tab, scroll
down to the Built-in Menus category, select File, and drag it back to the
menu bar.
