Cannot initialize My Safe folder

hi,

I'm using Office2003 Pro. Since last Saturday, when I try to save, alway
say: Cannot initialize My Safe folder.
Details shows:
code: 0xe7530003, 0xe75000f... Cannot get file disk lock state, can't get
file disk path etc.

Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

No help, but I'm getting same error - WinXP SP2, Office2003 Pro
installed and used occasionally, on a Toshiba Satellite laptop. Seems
to be related to the Protector Suite stuff; complete error message is:

Cannot initialize My Safe folder.
Cannot open the My Safe kernel driver. The driver is either stopped or
was not
installed correctly. Please reenable the driver or reinstall Protector
Suite.

to be related to the Protector Suite stuff; complete error message is:

Worked for a few months and increased size of My Safe multiple times...

Reinstalling Protector Suite seems to have no effect...
