If you do not know about the exchange service, then you are not using an
Exchange server in a corporate environment.
Have you tried detect and repair, and if that does not work, uninstalling
and reinstalling?

| Yes, I did install Outlook 2003 first. Where would i
| locate the "profile" used for the BCM? Also, am not sure
| what you mean by and "exchange service." Thank you.

|| Have you already installed Outlook 2003 first? It is required as
|| the BCM is an add-on to Outlook, not its own product. Also, you
|| cannot have an exchange service in the profile used for the BCM.
