Cannot login to Outlook

Last week I got bombarded with emails. Since then I have been unable to
login to my email account using any client/server based email client
(outlook, outlook express, incredimail, etc.). I can get in to my email
account using any web based email client (neo mail, webaccess, etc.), but not
using a client/server based email client. Of course, I have verified &
re-verified my username & password.

Does ANYONE have ANY ideas???

Any error messages?
It could be you have corrupted mail box on your mail server?
did you contact the isp to check if any settings changes are required?
Its sad but I have taken many a call to fond out the isp has "changed"
settings with out notification
