This has been a lingering problem on one of our Dell laptops with Office 2003
Professional.
The user will have a few Excel files up along with some outlook messages and
sometimes a word doc or two. The user will try to open another Excel file or
Word Doc without any success. No error messages, just a new item in the start
menu that attempts to load and then disappears.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
