Cannot Print from Office 2003

HI,
I recently installed ms office 2003 on a computer, and whenever i try to
print from any of the office software i get blank pages. after re-installing
a few times and even downloading the upgrades, i decided to try changing the
font color. oncei changed the font color from black to any other color, the
stuff printed. plus i know there is black ink in the printer b/c all non ms
products being used on the computer are printing fine to the same printer.
can't b a cd problem b/c i've used the cd throughout my site and everyone
else is working fine.

As a work-around, possibly try using Word in the following mode:
Start>Run type in winword /a and click OK.
See if this helps? It's Word in Safe Mode.

Also check if it's selected as the default printer in Office.
