I can send e-mail through my Outlook, but when it tries
to receive it, I get an error message stating it can't
locate the server. It used to work fine and then one day
it was gone. I'm hooked up to a cable modem that's on all
the time. I have another computer with Outlook on it and
when I set up the e-mail account on it, it works fine.
The problem is with my Dell laptop. I've uninstalled and
reinstalled, but still no luck. I've checked the account
settings a dozen times, even removed it a reset it. The
fact that it works okay on the other computer tells me
it's just a problem with my laptop. But where? I really
don't know where to go for help. Thanks
