Cannot see impotred Contacts

Hi there
I have recently up graded my PC and installed Office2003. I imported a csv
file that I had exported from Outlook on my old PC. My problem is that the
contacts show in my contact list but when I load a new email message in
Outlook my contact list is empty. Further to this I have ended up with three
personal folders.
Ani idea of what do I need to do to have my contact list show

1. Create a new mail profile - yours is corrupt.
2. Configure the Outlook Address Book service - check the archives of this
group for a few thousand messages that outline the procedure.
