Cannot send without re-starting Outlook 2007

Hello,
I have intermittent problems with Outlook 2007 that are really frustrating
me. First off, I can rarely ever send an e-mail with out closing Outlook and
re-starting it.

I am also still getting the Data file corrupted and it does a data file check.
I have read numerous posts on this and have done everything, but I still
have it. I also did my free 15 minute tech chat a few days ago and that ended
up being nothing to me but a sales chat. Trying to get me to buy something
that I should not have to pay for. All I want is this program to work like it
should.

Sorry about the rant.
