Cannot start Microsoft Outlook.

Hi,

I get the following error when I try to open Outlook
2002 :

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. You do not have
permission to log on.

Can anyone help?

What operating system? What did you change between the time you last opened
Outlook and when you could not? Nothing is not a good answer <g>
