Can't Change Paper Size in Printer Properties

I'm getting an error message when trying to create a
custom paper size in Publisher 2002. Error is "This
feature is unavailable because you do not have permission
to save settings on this computer." But, I am a domain
and local machine admin. Any ideas?

In the printers folder, right-click the printer, click printing preference, be
certain letter paper is selected.
Go to the manufacturer's web site and read their support documents and check to see
if they have an updated driver.
