Can't Change Personal Information Logo

Does anyone know how to remove the logo that gets into the Personal
Information box. All other fields can be deleted but not the Logo.

Publisher does not prompt to update change to Personal Information when a
file is saved, even though I have turned on 'Update Personal Information
When Saving' in the Tools Options menu.
