When I click on the download button for a template, nothing happens. On the
task bar at the bottom of the monitor screen, I get a message that says,
"Error on Page. What should I do?

Thank you for replying. Could you please help me further? I have Windows XP.
Is SP-2 Service Pack 2? What am I supposed to do about the Active X controls?
My pop up blocker is turned on. Sometimes I temporarily turn it off. I read
about the Active X controls, but I didn't understand it all. I left my
computer at the default settings for security. Am I supposed to enable or
disable the Active X controls to download a template. I will appreciate
whatever help you can give me in understanding this.

Yes, SP-2 is Service Page 2. The Template Gallery uses an Active X
control to deliver the template to you and it needs to be enabled. If
it has been blocked there will be yellow info bar just below the
Address bar. If you click on it there will be an selection along the
lines of "Enable blocked content".
