can't expand folders

I have added "informational" mailboxes to my Folder List
in Outlook - some open, some do not. The ones that open
appear normal and "outlook:\\Mailbox - orders" (for
example) appears in the status bar at the top. For the
ones that don't open, I get a message "Unable to display
the folder. Microsoft could not access the especified
folder location. The operation failed.", and a message
like "outlook:000000003BBA1000343BB00048....." appears in
the status bar. I have admin rights.

How do I fix this?

I'm using Outlook 2002 sp2 and Exchange Server on W2K
server.
