Can't Find a specific word in a filename or in the file text

In Word 2003 trying to find a file name with a specific word in the file name
or with the specific word in the text of the file. In WORD I click on File,
File Search. In the Search Text Box I type in the word I'm looking for. The
search in box is set to "Everywhere". The Results Should be: box is set to
"Anything" I have confirmed I have file names with the specific word I'm
looking for and also has the word in the text of the file but everything I
search, nothing is found??
