can't find code to down load word or excell - new computer

Word and Excel -- and other Office applications, for that matter -- are not
available for download. You have to purchase them online and wait for the
CDs to be delivered, or you can purchase at a bricks and mortar store.

You can, though, download a trial version of Office 2003 if you wish. It
will become inactive after 30 days (or some period of time).

I think you'll find the plonker.. oops, I mean poster, means the product
code to install...

If so,
It is/was on the CD case, if you lost it then I was right the first time,
you're a plonker!
If it's Office XP or 2003 then you might be able to obtain a replacement
from MS (search the web site) but be awair they may charge for it and will
probably require proof of purchase, if it's 2000 or earlier then you're in
the smelly stuff, big time!

Oh, yeah, that very well could be. Sometimes it's hard to tell.
