Can't find mail merge helper in Word 2003 reininstall

I hope someone can help me. I have just reinstalled my entire computer
system/files/drives/programs after a virus hit it. Now my problem is that
when setting up Word 2003 again, I cannot find the mail merge helper needed
for .doc datasources. (I have several .doc datasources from a Word 2000 doc.)

I've looked under Tools/Commands, but no Mail Merge helper exists. (I've
looked under the left and right columns.)

I have Windows XP service pack 2 (haven't reinstalled sp3 yet)
512 MB of RAM
Word 2003 (part of Office 2003 business)

Dell tried to find it for me and even installed Office using "all" so that
the complete versions of the programs were installed, but no mail merge
helper could be found.

Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

Doug Robbins - Word MVP

From the Tools menu, select Customize and then go to the Commands tab and
select the All Commands Category and scroll down through the list of
Commands and you should find it. When you do, click on it and drag it onto
a menu,
