Can't install Office 2000 sp3

I had Office 2000 SP1 installed and I wanted to install
Office 2000 SP3. The installer displayed a message
indicating that I had a component of Office XP installed
and that I needed to remove it first.
I removed Office 2000 SP1 and when I try to Install Office
2000 SP3, the same message indicating the Office XP
component shows up. I looked every where but I can't find
any other Office component left on my PC. Any suggestions??

It is possible that you have a stand alone product installed that is part
of Office 2002 such Word, Power Point, Access, Outlook, Visio, Project,
etc.... You will nedd to remove that program.

Or you may have Works w/Word install. You will need to remove Word in this
case
