Can't install Office 2000 - Upgrade

So here's the problem. I was having issues with a new DVD
Burner. Had to format the hard drive. Have reinstalled
everything with the exception of Office 2000. Now I can't
install Office 2000 because I have an upgrade version and
of course it can't find anything to upgrade. I no longer
have the old version to key in. Anything I can do or am I
just beat?

Well of course you can't install an upgrade without a qualifying product!
Your only option is to purchase an upgrade to Office 2003, though that will
only run on Windows 2000 SP3 or later or Windows XP. You might be able to
find Office XP for sale still though they discontinue the older version as
soon as the new one hits the shops.
