Can't install Office Trial

After i enter my info and click submit i get a blank page that says "no
pid" why??

I keep getting the same darn thing as well..... Now I am getting angry!
Dare I say on this board...... um...... my thoughts of getting a MAC are
being swayed more and more everyday????? PLEASE HELP US TECHIE PEOPLE!
