can't install office

I'm trying to install MS OFFICE 2003 from my laptop into my new PC. Both are
windows xp home. My PC tells me it is not "cofigured to run the
application". There is no "setup" on the office disk since I just put it
onto a jump drive to install it onto my PC. What do I need to do? Thanks
for ANY help.

If that version of Office came pre-installed on the laptop, you can't
install it on any other system. It's limited to that specific computer,
period.

If you bought Office from a retailer, use the disk to install it.
