Can't load Business Contact Manager

Hi,

I've tried just about every option last night to find out
from customer support what is going wrong with installing
the Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Office
Outlook, part #X09-62202.

When I try the support on-line feature, I get an "Error,
access denied" when I try to send an e-mail. I called
the (425) 635-7056 support number and got someone named
Flora who could not understand my problem (didn't know
the difference between Mega bytes and Giga bytes!), could
not give me a problem reference # (because her system was
updating!) and then put me on hold for over 20 minutes!

After paying several hundred dollars for the Professional
edition of Microsoft Office, I am extremely
disappointed!!!

Now, as to the problem. I get an error after the initial
program setup saying that it needs about 40 Mbytes of
space to complete. But my system has over 32 Gbytes
available and was just purchased with the latest Windows
XP on July 5. I even tried deleting a backup file that
was about 41 Mbytes and re-ran the installation program.
Same error message. I checked the Microsoft support web
page and it states that if you get the message, you
should delete some files.

I don't think that the problem is file space. I think
there's a bug in the program that is finding the wrong
value for available disk space or something. But anyway,
I will just tell all my friends not to waste the extra
money if this can't be resolved soon.
